Sent one not as shown in AD. Don't want the frustration of sending it back so I'm keeping it. But disappointed with Macys.

Received a different bracelet

Exactly the same disappointment mentioned in a previous review by another customer! I received a different looking bracelet than the one pictured!!! Very disappointing and not acceptable.will be returning it.

Sent wrong bracelet!

I ordered the bracelet pictured in the ad, which is the one with the large gold accent. The one that I received is the one shown on the pics. I was disappointed that it wasn't the one I ordered. I was left wondering how could this mistake have happened? I didn't want the hassle of sending it back, so I ended up keeping the bracelet. I am, however, reminded of the mistake each time I look at it on my arm. So disappointed!
