Did not receive the item

Macys shipped this to me in an oversized box with no packaging. When I opened the box, there was no necklace inside and my item appeared to be picked through. Terrible Experience.

bought for my husband and discolored within 2 days, TRASH don’t buy even it is discounted not worth it.
