Used products

I didn't receive this for free, so this is a truly honest review. There are no safety seals (or everything was opened before I received it.) One lipstick and the lip liner were clearly used (disgusting.) This is unacceptable for the price. Maybe don't give away all the good, unused ones for free just to skew the reviews- that would be my suggestion. I haven't used the skin care products yet- thinking about someone else's fingers in them kind of grosses me out. If I had known that everything came completely open and that they resell used products I would not have purchased this item. It ould be nice, if it was safe and sanitary.

Good product, nicely packaged

I love the products. I just received them and used one time only so I cannot speak to the efficacy yet. The makeup products are nice, but do no go well with my skintone. I am more of a cool skin tone, but most products are designed for those with warm skin tones

Not applicators

The photo shows a spatula for applying the cream, but I didn't receive a cream applicator, and there's no option to buy one. I tried contacting customer service, but no one answers.
