Arrived empty

I should give a zero, but there is no option for no stars. I did not have a chance to try it: set arrived with empty containers :( Not the service I expect from Macy's. I guess this is a good item is someone emptied the containers for their use before sending it to me. Or could be that this is a terrible item and someone emptied containers so I do not damage my skin. No return ticket as well. Called to the customer service. The lady was very nice. But the item is not available, so no replacement.

Very disappointed in gift with purchase

Disappointed in the gift with purchase - had I known the advanced night repair was a little sachet sample, I'd never have made the original purchase. See attached picture of the "3 piece gift with $75 Estee Lauder purchase." Basically the gift consists of a sampler sachet of advanced night repair, a teeny tiny finger sized cleanser, and a mascara. I'm not impressed, and am considering a full return. It's a shame really.
