Great coverage

My product that I purchased never arrived

Hi I did not get my purchase yet which was supposed to arrive Sept 11 together with a makeup set . When I went to Macy's to get my purchase they did not have the present yet in stock so they told me they will ship everything together. So where is the shipment? Why haven't I received it yet?
