The tip is very brittle.

The tip broke after a short time, I was left with the unused tube :( . I'll keep the Mary Kay one.

Works great, but packaging terrible!

Let me start off by saying I love everything Estée Lauder. Very happy from the results from this product. However, after using less than half the tip broke with no way to close!! There's many other fillers on the market, perhaps they don't work as well but if I'm getting less than half of what I paid for it really doesn't make sense to purchase this anymore. Please help!

Im hooked!!

I have been using it for a month now and I LOVE it! I have been using Este Lauder products for my skin care routine for over 20 years now and this product did not disappoint. I noticed a dramatic difference in the frown lines around my mouth as well as the lines around and under my eyes are dramatically improved. Im surprised at all the negative reviews.
