The tip is very brittle.

The tip broke after a short time, I was left with the unused tube :( . I'll keep the Mary Kay one.

Perfection

I LOVE this product. My expectations were exceeded! I was a long time smoker. My upper lip has lots of very deep wrinkles. This cream makes them disappear. And it lasts a really long time. It is a tiny bit lighter however no one would notice this. AND less is more. I am hooked.

Quality not bad but the packaging is terrible

Never used estee lauder skin care before but quite satisfy with this filler. However, used less than a month, the tip broke when turning the cap open for use. The tip is stuck inside the cap and there's no way to take it out and close. So inconvenient to apply on the lines. I wonder if anyway Estee Lauder is able to help.

Pleasantly surprised

I did not expect much as my wrinkles are quite deep, but, once I applied my foundation over it, wow, it did make a difference. I still saw some traces of my wrinkles but there were a lot less noticeable giving me a smoother look.

Like a Magic Wand

This wrinkle filler is the best one I have used to date. It does not entirely hide deep wrinkles but it helps make them appear less prominent. I will def be purchasing this product again!

Works great, but packaging terrible!

Let me start off by saying I love everything Estée Lauder. Very happy from the results from this product. However, after using less than half the tip broke with no way to close!! There's many other fillers on the market, perhaps they don't work as well but if I'm getting less than half of what I paid for it really doesn't make sense to purchase this anymore. Please help!
