have used this remover for years, never irritates my eyes and will remove even waterproof mascara with a brief "soak" on cotton pad, no rubbing ever needed

Excellent Eye Makeup Remover

This eye makeup remover does an excellent job of removing all your eye shadow, eye liner and mascara. It is a bit oily, but use the remover then gently wipe your eye with a clean cotton pad and you are good to go.

Only one I use

I have used this exclusively for over thirty years. I have sensitive eyes and have decent, long lashes. This is the only product that does not pull out lashes or irritate. I have tried others in the past, but always come back. It takes very little to remove my waterproof mascara…well worth it.
