Absolutely love it

This doorbell works great . It was really easy setting it up . The video quality is very clear and easy to see ,it's crystal clear . The motion detection instantly picks up and starts recording , it also sends me alerts which I love. The battery life last for a while as well. Overall I'm very happy with it . Works great in any weather conditions. 👌

Easy install with clear picture

This eufy video doorbell C31 comes with everything shown in the picture. This was pretty easy to install. We did hardwire it bc we read reviews about the battery life not last very long. This picture has been very clear even on rainy days and even at night. Picks up motion pretty well. There is sometimes a lag trying to view in real time - we find it’s longer than our Blink cameras which gets pretty frustrating.

Great video doorbell!

This is a very nice video doorbell and that's coming from an existing Ring doorbell user! The setup was a breeze, slightly easier than my other one. I appreciate that it's not battery-only, but actually offers hardwiring as an option without needing a completely different model. Mounting is secure while maintaining ease of removal to charge with a standard USB-C cable. The video is clear in color or night vision and connection to the app is quicker than my other one was when it was new. Highly recommend!

I was excited about this one

It’s a pretty camera. However I can’t get it to setup. I’ve tried multiple times but it doesn’t work. I can get the device to connect but I’m unable to install the firmware. The motion detection works. I get alerts on my phone but because the software isn’t setup I can’t see it
