Awesome for the price

My parents own the S1 pro, but I didn't think I needed Eufy's top end model. This comes at the disadvantage of not having the rgb/ai object detection, which means that it easily gets caught up on wires, ledges, clothes, etc. However if you set up the map and only have hard objects on the floor I think this robot does a beautiful job. So for the price it is awesome, but if you have pets or lots of loose/soft objects on the floor get the S1; since I know that my parents love it and it object detection skills.

Perfect size

Love that it’s powerful test still slim enough to go under furniture.

Cleaning Lady

Love her.....my Eufy...that is!

Purchased the Eufy in late December as I have disabilities which effect my balance ruling out the push/pull of a traditional vacuum. Although I’ve only used it 3 times (so far), I have been duly impressed with the job it’s doing for me overall. However, there is one negative that eliminates my scoring as a legitimate “5”; it’s the recharging time. Being a huge fan of all tech, I must say that I don’t have any piece of electronics that takes as painfully long to recharge as does the Eufy C20. While we’re on the subject of my “4” rating, another element eligible for improvement would be the app pertaining to the need for a bit more thorough explanations for the programming aspects. Not as bad as the approach Ikea takes, but there is serious room for improvement. Otherewise, for the money, I am very pleased with the cleaning functions of the product.

Great price for a vac and mop combo

I had the regular Eufy vac and upgraded to the C20. It has many improvements on the old unit. It maps the house prior to use. This way it does serpentine vacuuming/mopping versus randomly bouncing around. It also has a dust collection bin allowing you to not have to empty the bin on the vacuum each time. Same for the dirty water collection. I really like the unit so far.

Easy and clean

Our Eufy C20 was so easy to setup and I am 71 and not tech savvy at all. We have placed it in our carpeted basement. The carpet looks like new again and it it is 8 years old.

Omni C20

Like the design, engineering and function. Works well as brand new. Hopefully, it will continue to perform well for some time…….

I’m just sorry I didn’t get this sooner! Love having clean floors and it does a better job than me. Get one and make your life easier.
