i bought this a year ago and it already messed up. its not picking up anything anymore. i opened up the bottom to clean out the brush and noticed the belt was ripped. i do not know how that happened but i feel like thats pretty soon for something like that to happen.

Decent vacuum
vacuums well just a bit loud

Good suction, too good!
Suction on this vacuum is awesome but it is so strong that it sucks up our thinner carpets. We have a large oriental rug and this vacuum works well on it. Our problem is that we have several thinner runners and the vacuum sucks them into the mechanism, clogging the brush. Our runners are in the process of being destroyed by this vacuum. I called customer service about the problem but they had no workarounds. We will now have to buy another, smaller vacuum to clean our runners.

Not a good product
Purchased this vaccine a few month ago I have since put it in the garage and replaced it this vacuum clogs easily and dose not pick up anything very disappointing I purchased a Bis'sle which so far works far better sorry your product failed to impress me at any point.

Buyer beware
This vacuum is awful! There is very little suction and it certainly cannot pick up pet hair.It worked maybe 3 times, but never on pet hair. I have completely cleaned the hoses, filters, dump bin, brush, etc and all it does is scare the cat when I go to turn it on. Keep shopping.
