One of the coffee cups was defective and apparently there is no quality inspection on this product. It almost appears the handle is broken, but this is how it was fired in the kiln and they knowingly shipped it this way. I could not get a replacement for this one cup. I either had to get a refund for one cup or repack all of these dishes, which is next to impossible, back in the same box and take back to the store & wait for a new shipment of dishes. How disappointing would it be to have the same problem with the new batch. I should have just been able to get a replacement for this one cup. Now I have an incomplete set. What kind of manufacturer doesn’t make good on its product? Do not recommend buying these.

Disappointing

These dishes are beautiful, and the color is vibrant. However, they are also heavy and chip easily, so when moving them around or putting them away, because they are heavy they knock into each other a lot, and then chip. Thus, this entire set of dishes are now full of chips, and don't look as nice now. If you want dishes that have lasting power, this is not for you.
