Easy install, easy safe door.
This is great! very sturdy! The only thing is the door is a bit hard to unlock and lock at first but once you get the hang of it its is smooth. This is a great purchase!

A must Have
I really liked the idea even though my toddlers room is far away from stairs. So, we installed this because when we have get togethers it is safe to have one. We have a lot of kids at our place during family unions.

Durability issues, still love it
Does it hold up well? No. I’ve gone through 5 in 2 years. Some of which were replaced by mail by the evenflo under warranty. This last one lasted 11 months. Is it worth it to not yell at the older kids about shutting the gate ALL THE TIME. Yes.

Evenflo Multi-Use Tall Décor
Evenflo Multi-Use Tall Décor Gate (Black Metal) didnt work for my house but I guess it depends on where you are placing it etc. It’s made well and sturdy but I didn’t care for the door latch and the bottom bar.

I had one of these gates at the top of my steps for my daughter all though I did love it for security reasons - I felt like sometimes you needed to be a genius to remember how to open it - I struggled a lot with this one ! But it did do the trick
