Bad customer service

I ordered this table, payment went through and then immediately the order was canceled. Later in my credit card two transactions for the same amount was showing pending. When I called Macy’s they said they cannot do anything as the seller is not Macy’s and I have to wait a few days for the pending transactions to get cleared. this is highly unprofessional service from Macy’s.
