Incomplete item and ignored customer

I’ve been trying to rectify my issue with this company but I have yet to receive a response. I purchased a wardrobe and was getting excited with the way it was coming out. However, someone messed up on the items. I was sent two of the same sides which is hendering the completion. I gave it a 2 star because it is a pretty item but seller response is horrible.
