Order never received

Don’t buy from this brand. I was supposed to receive this order 5 days ago. Apparently, their packages always get lost in transit. This seems like a scam.

I read another review that said the coat never arrived. I placed my order 12/10/23 and return date was 2/1/24. By 2/5/24 the coat hadn't arrived so I called customer service who contacted the seller. The seller emailed me and said the coat had been stuck in Ohio since 12/14/23 and they issued a refund. Not sure why the coat just couldn't be delivered. Be careful when ordering from this company.

Sizing chart and Pictures lacking

I really like the design of this brand, but the sizing chart is not there to gauge small, medium, large. The photos are repeats of the same shots, or wrong size categories. What is up with 10 same photos per item? They cannot put the right title of the items according to infant, toddler, big girls, etc. I want to see more pictures of clothing in models, closeups, and the back side.
