Symmetry by Circulon is the best non stick pan

Symmetry by Circulon is the best non stick pans I've ever used. Fried egg slides off the pan after 100 uses with no problem. I got rid of all the other pots and pans and I was a stainless steel fan for decades.

The non stick is coming off, after 2 cooks

I have a set of Circulon cookware that is about 15 years old and still in great shape. I love it, that is why i purchased this pan, but i am very disappointed. This cookware already has a in area of the pan that has the non stick coming off. The pan is showing steel. The non stick surface has peeled off. I have only cooked with the pan twice. It is a small pin hole currently, but i have only used the pan twice, and the non stick surface is coming off. Not at all like my 15+ year old Circulon

The only pan you need

Love this pan! The grooves on the bottom are essential for the best results with whatever I cook. I bought a second pan because my mom ‘stole’ the other one. I have 3 other non stick pans that are just sitting in the drawer. Always use this one!
