Love the pan, hated the service.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, who is an avid Disney fan. When I ordered it, I was notified that it would be delivered on Dec 26th, even though I ordered it about 10 days before Christmas. I was hoping that, like other items I had ordered from other retailers, that it would arrive earlier and I would get it in time for Christmas. Not only did it not come earlier, it didn't even arrive on the date I was originally told. Got a notification it was not going to arrive now until Dec. 29th!!!!! How is it that other retailers can manage to go above and beyond to get items to their location earlier than expected but Macy's couldn't even get it to me as originally stated. My daughter loved the pan when she finally got it. I give the pan a 5 rating but the service only gets a 2. Lesson learned. I won't be ordering anything from Macy's again!

Packing a mess to open

I love the pans, but with so many alternative packing options, the packing with a million little styrofoam(or whatever they are made of) was maddening and crazy to deal With discarding.

Fun Cookware
