Should have been easier to clean

So far I love it. I sometimes forget the steam direction from the lid. Use a pot holder. Love that it can go in the dishwasher. Perfect size too.

Learning

The pan is good size and the non-stick surface does not look like it will peel away. Still learning how the vent will save me the cook-overs
