Fantastic Set

With carpal tunnel these handles make it much easier use and the blades are sharp.

Arrived broken and damaged

I received my package with four items two of them were destroyed and broken and this was one of them very disappointed. It’s saying it’s a final sale, but I need my money back. I can’t even use the block with knives.

Misleading Price Adjustment Policy

I recently tried to request a price adjustment at Macy’s after an item I purchased dropped in price within the 10‑day window stated in their policy. Customer service refused, claiming the item was “Final Act” clearance, even though this exclusion is not written anywhere in Macy’s official policy. This feels misleading and unfair. If Macy’s intends to exclude “Final Act” items, it should be clearly stated in writing. Instead, customers are left confused and disappointed when the store refuses to honor its own published rules. As someone who shops at Macy’s regularly, I expect transparency and consistency. Unfortunately, this experience shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers. Macy’s needs to clearly update its policy to reflect actual practices and ensure staff are properly trained to apply it consistently.
