Macy's is not a shopping destination

These pillows were advertised (along with the cardboard insert in the package itself) as being FIRM but they were not at all firm, they crush inwards if you lean against them. I returned them to Macy's. Let me say I am not at all surprised that Macy's is doing poorly financially. I went in yesterday at my local Macy's and there were perhaps 20 shoppers in the entire store - it was like a ghost town. I found two salesmen on the top floor and none at all in bedding. The first salesman didn't know enough to turn my receipt over to check the bar code on the back. The second salesman was more knowledgable however after the transaction I asked for some assistance in finding a FIRM pillow, which had he been able to walk over to bedding and assist me (or call someone to do so) might have resulted in a sale for Macy's. He either would not or could not assist me, merely told me to walk over myself and look at "the wall" of bedding. I did look again at the pillows, however they did not have what I was looking for (FIRM, Not down filled, king size) so I left to shop at other stores. I was tempted to ask for the store manager to let him know how thoroughly dismal my experience in the store had been however I felt I probably wouldn't have made an impression. No surprise no one shops Macy's anymore.

They have the perfect amount of squish! Do not buy these if you prefer firm, they are the opposite which is just what I was looking for!
