The couch is pretty and looks like the pictures. It's comfortable too, not hard, not mushy. The slipcovers on cushions have a linen front and a plain back, so the cushions aren't exactly reversible cushions, but you are able to flip the cushion inside of its cover to keep their shape. And the slipcovers go on easily. There are packets of tiny clay beads added in the shipping material which are some kind of protection against dampness or mites, but this packet opened during shipping, so there were a thousand little pellets that had come loose and were pressed all over the furniture; these had to be brushed off and vacuumed, but they didn't leave marks. The couch is a good replica of a higher end couch, without breaking the bank- but it is not the ideal pick if you have 3 kids and a golden retriever and this will be in your family room. It seems better suited for less-robust use. I added four soft throw pillows and am happy with my purchase. 4. 5 stars.

The worst!
I ordered this sofa because I needed a small one; however, it was cheap, uncomfortable, and very thin. It's kind of sad that Macy's is selling such cheap items. I have purchased many furniture pieces at Macys. This is disposable furniture, not worth the price. Mailed to you in a huge box and you must put it together. Very disappointed.

Not great! It’s kind of stiff. Not a very good couch.
