Ankle boots

I gave a middle of the road review basically because the description did NOT include the height of the heels. If I had known, I wouldn't have purchased them. They were too high for me.

Charged for product not in stock

Ordered a pair of boots from Rag Company through Macy's in February 2025. Got an email in March that the product was on backorder with the option to get a refund or wait. I responded that I wanted a refund and was told I should see the activity within 5 - 7 business days. Instead, every month they still try to charge my card, even after calling Macy's customer service to resolve. Serious case of fraud!!

GLAM BOOTS

These boots are GORGEOUS but they are a tad narrow. I will have to stretch them and that is the reason I gave them 4-stars. I usually wear a 8.5 wide but these boots do not come in a wide. They are just a beautiful boot to dress up jeans or a simple black midi dress.

Never Received Item BEWARE!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes different brands and never received this one. I really wanted this shoe since they don't sale instore. I contacted the people that I never received my shoe and no response was very disappointing. Just got a refund never even offered to ship a new pair terrible service and wont be buying from here again. Be careful of Market place items on here. Should have listened to the other peoples reviews.

excellent choice

This is my first purchase from this company and I am so pleased that these boots hit all my points of importance. Budget friendly as in comparison to jimmy choo. Same pointed toe,same heel, color on point, style, and comfortable. I can walk all day in these. The material is nice for faux leather look and feel. Texture is my thing but you pay over budget for butter.
