Our Aurora Mules are designed in partnership with the Cham Pa weaving co-op. These cozy, handmade slippers feature woven fabrics, soft faux sherpa, and natural rubber and rice husk soles. The fabric is sourced using direct trade principles in the weaving community of Phan Rang, Vietnam.

FEELGOODZ Terrible company customer service

When I purchased item, It was on sale but when they processed they split order and charged full retail. Asked Macy customer service what happen and they assured me they could fix it but since this was shipped from merchant they need to get approval. Merchant responded saying they will not change price and basically too late it’s paid for. I sent them what should have been the price and macys customer service confirmed but still wasn’t willing to correct it. Macys offered to return and manually reorder through customer service with correct pricing but I declined as this brand is not something I would like to purchase from. Returned and will not be purchasing from this company again. FEELGOODZ HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
