Packaging dissapointing

My husband loved the watch, however, the packaging looked opened and not an original box. He already had a Ferragamo watch and the packaging was nicely done and everything seemed esthetically nice. The one that we received from Bloomingdales the box seemed used, and the box when you close it, it doesn't close well it looks and seems like it is a copy of a Ferragamo packaging.
