Stunning !!

This dryer is not only beautiful but works great as well. It is light weight and help control my frizz. I bought this for my sister as well and she is loved it too !!!!

Stopped working after 8 months. What a waste of money.

Broken After Only 3 Months

This hair dryer seemed great but 2 weeks ago, I discovered it no longer gets hot. I called customer service and they told me that I cannot exchange it for another one and I cannot get a refund. I do not recommend the hair dryer and Macy's customer service really disappointed me this time. I spent too much money on something that only lasted 3 months.

Great hair dryer does help with the flyaways

I like the hair dryer, there is a difference from using other products. Less flyaways, hair dries fast and I like the multiple temperature settings. The only reason I gave this four versus 5 stars is the plastic has bubbles in it. I purchase the chrome (silver) color and there are 2-3 imperfections in the coating. I did keep it because it is not that big of a deal but when you spend this much on a hair dryer it should not have multiple flaws in the coating.

Extremely light-weight

Even though it does not take much to dry my hair, I get tired of hold it and so with this - I'm not feeling the pain in my arms that I did with my heavier hair dryer.
