It was at least 10 days from the time I placed the order till actually received it, so if you’re in a hurry this is not the way to go. One of the plates arrived with a scratch on it. I have contacted customer service they want me to either return the entire set or they will give me a promo code on my next Macy’s order, FYI. I am somewhat dissatisfied with Macy’s shipping speed and inability to credit my original form of payment
