Unhappy customer

When I received the order, the chain is tangled at the pendant. I tried to manipulate the chain to correct the problem but could not fix it. I called to speak with customer service and got no one. I knew I would probably have to wait but no one was available at all. This item was a birthday present for me from my husband. Unhappy customer.

Love the color of the stones, wish the chain was shorter but definitely keeping in. Was hoping it was more a choker style necklace.

nice for price

The necklace gemstones did not seem very bright until I was in the light. Then they sparkled quite nicely. Chain is on the thicker side, good for a beach/swim day won't break easily. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Picture looks bigger

I had to return to the store. This was a lot smaller in person than it looks in the picture. I was disappointed.
