I order this product and I received NO parts and I contacted customer service waiting ! it's annoying for such a big item how can they not in close the main part (SREWS ) .

Difficult to put together

It’s beautiful but we found it challenging to assemble it. Yes it’s difficult to assemble it. Need to follow instructions very throughly and carefully. Requires patience.
