Superb craftsmanship

Wonderful craftsmanship. This is Fissler!

I was so excited to open the box. When I saw, the pan was beyond my expectations. Just beautiful. Pan is heavy and perfect size. I'm sure that I'll enjoy it in any way I use it!!

Perfect cookware!

I bought this pan along with the 8-piece "Original-Profi" collection a couple of months ago.  I couldn't be happier.  All the pots and pans work really well on my new induction stove.  They heat evenly and quickly. I love that the handles don''t get hot on the stove.  No need to hunt for your pot-holders RIGHT when you need to take the pot off the stove.  I noticed a bit of discoloration after cooking some things but nothing that a bit of Barkeeper's Friend couldn't fix.  Definitely recommend.
