Would like earbuds better if they actually worked

I've now purchased 3 pairs of the Fit Pro earbuds and the left earbud does not work on every single pair. I looked online to find some solutions or at least some explanations and found that this problem had been reported up to 12 months ago (June 2024) with no known fixes. It's hard to believe that a reputable brand like Beats would sell batches of faulty earbuds - and no, unfortunately, firmware updates did not fix the problem. I sent them back.

Frustrated

I cannot rate the quality, because I was not able to use them... I tried all the tips - I could NOT get the earbuds to stay connected to my android phone. They stayed paired as long as I left them in the case - maybe they work better with I-phones.

2nd Return

I always believe in giving people a second chance. This was supposed to be through Macy’s and I feel like these ear beats are refurbished. Because this is the second pair, I’m sending back. Each time, one of the sides of the ear beats didn’t work. And we even tried to troubleshoot with the company and they didn’t have any idea how to do it

Left Ear Bud Not Working/Charging

Bought them brand new out of the box and the left ear bud took forever to charge. Not only that it does not work. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods and it still does not work.

DISAPPOINTED!

Unfortunately I had to return this item because I did not receive a brand new product. This appeared to be a returned or used item. The box was not sealed and the items inside (charging cord) seal was broken as if someone else had this item first and used them. I did not get a chance to use the buds to see how well they work because I didn’t feel safe putting them in my ears. This company should do better and list used or renewed items as such.
