Slim line is better

Loved the slim fit but miss the numbers count on the other fitbits.

Waste of money

Don't get this if you don't have an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy...it will not sync with your device. You've been warned.

Poor Design

I had a Fitbit before and the strap broke off the face of it and it was a mess, it was out of warranty etc. I didn't replace it because the customer service had been so bad but then I saw the Alta HR and was so excited, it was small, light weight, had removable bands so I wouldn't have the same issue as before! It was good for about 3 months at which point my strap broke for the first time... it has now broken 4 times (in less than a year) and they just send the replacement band but my warranty is almost up and then the faulty band will no longer be their issue and I assure you I won't be buying another product from Fitbit ever again, not even the bands. I should have learned from my first experience to stay away from this company, they don't make quality products opting to build the cost of the dozen replacement parts into the original cost of the hunk of junk they're selling. Do not buy this!

It stopped working in less than a year

It stopped working in less than a year. It's not a good device. I would not recommend. I rarely write reviews, but felt it's important to let others know before they waste money on this.

The touchscreen is awful!

The touchscreen is awful. It is nearly impossible to activate the screen by touch. I check my statistics on my phone. Also, it doesn't count steps accurately. When I move my arms sitting in my desk at work, it counts those movements as steps.

use my fitbit somewhat

I like it, it was hard to figure out at first but once I did it was easy. I had got everything new, computer, fitbit, wifi (new place) so set up was my issue-not the fitbit.
