Clip malfunction

I have had this watch for a year. It was fine until recently, The clasp that connects the band to the watch doesn't clip anymore, therefore the watch randomly comes loose without you knowing it. I have moved on to another brand of fitness watch.

Disappointing

My Fitbit seemed to be defective and I returned it. Not nearly as good as other models. It doesn't hold a charge for very long, which is annoying. The tracking stats were also questionable.

does not work! counted 173 steps for a one-mile walk one day and 220 on another day!!! will be returning it. very unintuitive interface ans setup also

The Only Thing Worse Is Their Warranty!

I received a Fitbit Charge 5 as a gift in December 2021. By September 2022 the device stopped working, the screen went dark. A replacement was sent under warranty. It arrived in a small plastic bag - not the orginal packaging - leading me to believe it was refurbished. In 5 months, by February 2023 I had the same issue. The device went dark and would not turn on. I called Fitbit to request a replacement or repair and was told it was not under warranty. If you want a device that won't last 1 year and a company that won't stand behind its product, boy do I have a product for you!

I really love this Fitbit. It keeps track of everything I do and the app I downloaded on my phone is great. Also it shows on the Fitbit when I am getting a phonecall, text or email. Really glad I bought this, completely worth it.
