Great for less than a year. Then the battery went and I was charging it every other day. Now it just won’t turn on at all.

Quality Control Needed

I don’t know who checks products before they are shipped, but I paid for a new Fitbit and received a used watch with a damaged face! Very unacceptable. Watch went back to the store.

So far so good

I have had the Fitbit Charge 5 for about 3 weeks now and so far it meets all my expectations. Easy to use, responsive screen, helps me keep up with my fitness goals and tracks my sleep. I don’t use the extra premium stuff but it’s nice to have if I decide to. The delivery was fast. So far I’m happy with my purchase.

Love my Fitbit

Had to replace a Fitbit that stopped working. Loved the lunar white color but had trouble finding it until I came across the Macys site. Shipping was fast, price was about the same as everywhere else. Very pleased with purchase.

You are supposed to be able to swim with it but it broke the 1 time I tried
