The first Fitbit Sense purchased for a few months worked fine as intended, so I've purchased my second one a few months later. So now that my wife and I have one each. Fast forward around 10 months later it totally died, Fitbit support was really helpful and replaced it since it was still under warranty. The new unit came without the band, which was fine since I can reuse the old ones. To my surprise, the replacement unit died not long after. At this time the warranty was just over (13th month), I've contacted Fitbit support under the same previous purchase, the deemed that the unit is out of warranty and did not want to deal with me. The second unit that I've purchased for my wife also died around the 14th month. Fitbit also did not want to hear about these faulty units when they're out of warranty. It seems that these Fitbit units have a time bomb, all 3 of my Fitbit Sense died with the same black screens and can no longer charge even with different chargers.

My third and last fitbit. They all died in under 18 months, this one in 10 months. Fitbit support is useless. Do not buy fitbit

too fragile for a fitness tracker
don't waste your money,too fragile for a fitness tracker,mine cracked even with a cover on within a week on normal use(was never dropped) then just died, apparently sweat got in between the tiny crack.

horrible lasted for 5 months and now I can’t return it . won’t charge tried so many different outlets thinking it was an outlet problem . DO not waste your money

Poor Quality
This watch lasted 3 months and now that it can't be returned has now stopped charging. Don't waist your money, buy an Apple Watch.

Best in every way!
I bought this watch back in August 2021 as a replacement for a different brand smart watch that only lasted a few hours. This watch is not cheap but is worth every penny. I was gifted an apple watch 7 series earlier this year but when I saw how my wife was struggling to keeps her Apple watch charged (the Apple watch must be charged every night), I realized that I would be downgrading if I went with the Apple watch. I still have it in the packaging. I only need to charge this watch twice a week, unless I am using the GPS for an extended period of time. Charging only takes about an hour. I answer calls from the watch and receive text notifications. I like the sleep tracking and all of the sport and wellness features that this watch comes with. This Fitbit sense really makes SENSE!
Love this device
I love how this monitors my oxygen level at night, I can ask Alexa anything,.it tells me if my heart is in regular rhythm, plus it automatically logs where I walk, how many hours of sleep, can monitor for noise that disturbs sleep, keeps track of my sleep habits, and has a feature to where you can find your phone. That comes in super handy. Best investment ever.
