Fitbit Sense Issue
After 2-1/2 months of purchase, stopped working. called Fitbit support and found to be very helpful in troubleshooting. it was on the 3rd attempt call found it could be the known issue with the prongs ..one prong on charger was 1/2 size of the other three and might be causing issue of Sense not working d/t not charging. Replacement charger on way from Fitbit… fingers crossed.

Doesn’t do anything special
Does NOT do what a Sense Fitbit claims to do—no music syncing, no phone call syncing, button does not work properly, waste of tome and money for things that my cell does already so no why even have??? Maybe I got a defective one, or the company made false claims. Very disappointed and will be returning.

Fell apart after a year
I purchased this at the end of march 2021, and today the face plate literally fell off. Very sad as these are not cheap!
Might be the newest, but it is NOT the best!
Had FitBit products for several years. Before purchasing Sense, I had Versa 2 -- it was awesome. It lasted several years when it finally crashed. I saw a sale here for Sense, the newest model. I have owned it now for 2 months -- it has sync issues, notifications do not show, battery only lasts 1 day, and the back must contain nickel as everytime I wear it, I itch and my wrist rashes up - this did not happen with Versa -- I am bummed! And, now Macy's says I cannot return it because I bought it 2 months ago. Would not recommend.

Does not take your temp
I was really disappointed when I realized that I doesn’t actually take your temperature. It can apparently do an ECG, which seems much more high tech, though I haven’t tried it yet, but it only lets you log in your temperature that you have to take with your own thermometer.
The battery does not work
Just wear for 2 months, the battery does not work. Have no idea whether it could be returned or not

Stopped Working After 7 Months
The watch stopped working after less than 7 months and I was looking at a black screen and battery would not charge. The watch was still under the 1 year warranty and I contacted FitBit who finally sent me a replacement after a long enduring call where the agent feigned a fake happy demeanor while trying to avoid sending me a replacement. I was asked to use another outlet, clean the watch etc. to no avail and still had a black screen. The replacement was not a new watch but a "customer return" or refurbished watch that stopped working the same day that I received it. I contacted Macy's for a refund and was told I was beyond the 90 day return policy. I alerted Macy's that there will be no resolution with FitBit and that af full refund was in order. Macy's manager would not assist. i have now filed a complaint with BBB against Macy's.
Love it
This is one of the best purchases I've made. It keeps track of many things that I would otherwise forget or not even notice. With my Fitbit I am now more mindful of the things I do during the day. I am more inclined to build healthy habits.
