Loved this Fitbit but the quality is tanking. Strap broke first, I replaced with another. Then tapped some surface and the crystal cracked. Once compromised it got worse.
Upgraded Versa!
Great watch. Updated version with tons of positive upgrades, including charging and screen quality.

Versa 3 is crap - find something else
What a piece of crap. First bullet died and had to replace. replacement bullet lasted 3 months and now it’s dead. Not going to waste my time on another bullet - I am done with FitBit.

PROBLEM WITH THE SOFWARE, BAD SERVICE, QUALITY BAD
I CUSTOMER FROM FITBIT 2018 AND WHEN I HAVE THE PROBLEM THEY GIVEME A SOLUTION. i HAVE A VERSA2 THE PROBLEM WITH THE FLOOR I CHANGE TO VERSA 3. i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM COUNT A LOT FLOOR. i SEND THE EMAIL TO THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID RESET AGAIN, AND AGAIN RESET AGAIN. MY WARRANTY DONT CARE.

Face not lighting ip
I bought this in November 2020 and today March 20, 2021 it stopped working, the face doesn’t light up.

not worth the money
I have only had the versa 3 for one week and it already stopped syncing to my phone. The screen got a small crack in it the first day I wore it. This is the third fitbit I've had and it is junk just like the first two. Don't be stupid like me and waste your money.
