watch keeps restarting and dropping time

The first month this versa 4 watch worked perfectly. I was very happy with it, then it would restart randomly and drop time. This happens numerous times during the day. This watch is an actual replacement. The previous one did the same from the very first day. Now I will return this as well. Such a disappointment. I had versa 2 and 3. They performed way better

Upgrade

I brought this watch to replace my Inspira 2. I needed a bigger watch face that was colored. This one is so much better and I cannot wait to start seeing my stats in color and with a bigger font. I would definitely recommend.

nice watch....but

I always buy warranties. I have paid for one watch and am on my 3rd or 4th replacement under warranty. each watch has lasted 1.5 to 2 years. This last one 14 months. Won't charge anymore. Quit doing regular notifications a few months ago.

Perfect For My Needs!

It is just what I needed. I have worn VERSA since Christmas of 1918, which was a gift from my grandson. It has become a staple to my everyday life. It still works, but felt I needed an upgrade. Choosing VERSA 4, was my choice after looking at all of the features offered. I am overjoyed with the charging system and the length of time the charge lasts. The face is easier to view with the updated style of its face: tine, date, pulse, etc. All of my phone messages, as well as calendar notifications are readily visible. It’s beautiful. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

not good

Purchased this for myself and babies it! No under/in water etc. within 2 months the screen died and had to have Fitbit swap it out because it was “past return window” w/ macys. Fitbit took my new broken watch and sent me a refurbished one. Not happy at all.

Love this Fitness Tracker !

I bought this to upgrade my prior FitBit that did not track flights of stairs. The Versa 4 does that PLUS so many other things that can be useful, like displaying text messages and incoming calls. The charge lasts 4-5 days and recharges pretty quickly.
