Kaput in less than a month

unfortunately, its kaput. it suddenly no longer accepts charge. And no i question the algorithm authenticity. my watch was on charge for 2 days, and although I didn't exercise those 2 days, the algorithm posted high numbers of burned calories. numbers that would reflect an hour of intense spinning, or hill hiking. I'm jumping to the Google pixel.

Pretty Screen. Band is Horrible!

I'm glad I bought normal watch band replacements! The silicone band provided is a pain to close. I got a bruise on my wrist from trying to get it to close properly.

Grossly Inadequate

I am not happy with this watch that I received for my birthday several days ago. The number of floors I climb are grossly inadequate, the number of steps I take show to be approx 1000 a day, and the watch shows that I have no activity minutes despite going to the gym and walking my dog multiple times a day. The watch also indicates that I am only active about 13% of the day. I got this watch to help with improving my fitness and challenging myself to be more active but the watch is like a slap in the face! I called customer service with no help. This watch is absolutely awful.
