It's not really recumbent. The PT recumbent bike seat is more level with the pedals and handles of course. This is awkward and gives me a backache every time I use it. I have been trying to figure out how to keep my back still "as if" I am relaxed or recumbent in the rest of my body. It's not working. The conundrum is how to get it back in the box. It was hard to assemble with the back pains I already have being stooped over. The chair is big and requires a pillow behind my back.

Measurements' off

Had to return due to seat height too high. I'm 5'4", recently had knee surgery and I had to jump up to seat and jump to get off, not a good thing! Feet dangling, monitor small and dim also arm rest made me feel confined. I did try to like but hardship for my knee.

Excellent Purchase for my 2022 Fitness Goals!

I ordered the 450SL, and it arrived quickly via UPS. The boxes were delivered undamaged, and everything inside was carefully packed and fully protected. It took about 3 hours to open the boxes to complete the assembly. I recommend you unpack and unwrap each item and only open the included hardware needed for each step. Please read the manual because the assembly is very straightforward. I plugged in the unit and jumped right on doing a level 1 workout with recovery. I’m impressed and feel great. Let the fitness journey begin. Buy it because you won’t regret it.

NO Regrets. Great Bike.

Read many reviews before making my decision on buying this one. Arrived in TWO days. Took my son and I about 2 hours to assemble. We are amazed that this machine is absolutely quiet. Perfect Home Gym for the family. Above and beyond our expectations. Excellent Investment in our health.
