DISAPPOINTING PILLOWS

The quality of the material is less than desirable. Additionally, the pillows are not as described; they're less than 18"

Update: Issue resolved!

This is an update to my previous review. I reached out directly J Queen and they were super helpful. Great customer service and readily replaced my damaged item. The problem was resolved 💯 and I would be very open to purchasing products from this brand in the future. I feel so much better about this purchase now, Thank you!
