it’s a good chair for the price, so far. One screw has fallen out, but I should fault the person who put it together for me. I would give 5 stars if arm height was adjustable.

perfect chair for short person
My mother had been sitting in a chair that belonged to a 6 foot man. She is 5&1". When I finally looked at what she was sitting on at her desk, I immediately came to the Flexspot site and found a chair for her. She can raise the chair but doesn&t need to. It is a perfect fit and she sits better and can get out of the chair easier. Everyone should have this chair.

not good at all
Worst chair I ever had. The base wobbles and the headrest is flimsy. Everytime I sit in it, my back and my neck have to work to balance the wobbly base. After two months of usage, developed a really bad neck pain, can't sit in it for more than 20 minutes.
