Old one was good but the neew ones are too thin

Well constructed but not firm. I had two older ones, from 2021. One went flatter so I tried a different brand. they were worse, so I ordered a single new firm pillow to match the other that was still in good condition. The first I received was very flat. Not fluffy enough to provide a divot in the middle and then neck support. contacted support. They claimed it wasn't a Firm and sent me another. It was the same way. Either they don't know what Firm is or they've changed how the pillows were made in the last few years. I returned it.

Worst purchase ever

No support falls flat, have to fluff constantly, terrible neck pain now, not firm at all, want to return.
