Almost Got it Right!

I would've loved to have given this Review 5-Stars, but I received Not the Standard - Soft as I ordered, but the Standard - Firm that I didn't Order. I'm hoping that after this review that the FluffCo will send me two of the Standard - Soft as I Ordered?

Wrong pillows received

I just received my order. I ordered the soft king down/feather pillows and received the the standard down alternative pillows. I double checked my Macys order and I definitely ordered the King soft down/feather pillows. I think there is a problem with order fulfillment at Fluffco. Several other reviews stated they also received the wrong order.

Eager to try these

I bought these because the Wirecutter column in the New York Times rated them very highly. I bought them for use in my new apartment. I’m still waiting for my bed to be delivered. These look great. A bigger size than normal standard pillows. By the looks of them, I thought they were king. I checked the label and verified they are standard.

Fluffco pillows

I just received my order. I ordered the soft king pillows and received the firm kings. I double checked my Macys order and I definitely ordered the soft pillows. I think there is a problem with order numbers or fluffco. Several reviews stated they also received the wrong order.

Sent wrong pillow

I ordered the soft but they sent firm. What is up this company? Would most likely cost more to return the item then what I purchased it for. Very unhappy.

Sent wrong item and uncomfortable cover

Ordered soft, but they sent firm. Plus, the pillow cover is like plastic, uncomfortable and making noise.

Definitely Not

This pillow is nothing like the description, I bought this pillow because it said it was like a hotel pillow. It’s not, it’s heavy, not soft and flat! I definitely do not recommend and the price is very overpriced.
