Great product but not great software
The effects of this device is beyond expectations. It helped clearing post antibiotics bad acne and considerably improve the overall skin tone in just a couple of weeks. I have used this with my own products. The reason one star is missing is that there is a glitch in the app which disconnects the device the first time you open the treatment window or smart settings. It shows the message that the device is disconnected and you have to enter the treatment options again. Another challenge is when using own treatment in the mask options, the device doesn’t respond to changes of the temperature mid treatment and doesn’t have the stop button, which makes it difficult to use if you want to alternate hot and cold. Smart settings work in that case but the fine adjustments of the light are annoying. I wish there was just line of different colors like in custom treatments. I also wish the battery would be lasting a little longer and the capacity showing more accurately on the app. But great product otherwise, and would highly recommend getting it.

easy to use and operate
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my UFO mini 2. My skin glows and is feels so smooth. My husband has even commented that my skin tone looks "brighter." Thanks FOREO!

Great device!
I have had this for 4 months and am so haply with it. I find my skin is plumper and i really like all the temperature and led colours. I wish it was more customizable manually in the moment. I use it on my face and neck, and have even used the temperature settings to help heat a sore knee when i didn't have access to a heating pad!

Lacking quality control
I love my device so I ordered two for gifts. One arrived brand new with all packaging, the second device arrived in a package that had obviously been opened. The seals on the box are broken and plastic covers have been removed from the device. There is no way I can gift it in the condition. Disappointed
