Damaged product

I originally got this stick in an Allure beauty box and loved it! It had a rough texture (the exfoliating part) and a pleasant scent. It was gentle on my skin. When I ordered it again, the lid was cracked, so maybe that compromised the product. The texture of this one was smooth, almost like it had been melted. It smelled like plastic and when I tested it on the back of my hand it left a sticky feeling. Glad I didn’t use on my face! I returned this.
