Beautiful but not comfortable as cross body

I think this bag is beautiful and stylish. I don’t like when you move the straps to make it cross body the positioning of the clasps at the top of the shoulder is painful. I’m going to keep the bag but I don’t know that I would recommend other people purchase.

Strap not adjustable

I thought the bag was good quality and had room for everyday items. I just couldn’t get past that the strap was not adjustable, just shoulder strap length or crossbody length. I found the crossbody length too long and there is no way to shorten it. They need to make the strap truly adjustable.

The bag strap is not adjustable and this is a very big minus, because you can't choose the length that suits you.

Very cute! May order in black for full price.
