Broken hardware

Loved this bag. I was on a day trip with my husband and the hardware broke. I’ve never experienced this before.

Great Bag. Strap did not hold up.

I first bought this bag in Camel. Loved it so much, my husband bought me the bag in Vanilla. I use it all the time. Just recently the hardware on the strap broke and now I can't use it as a crossbody. Looked for a replacement strap, but unable to find one. Because it was a gift, I do not have it registered and not sure I will be able to have it repaired.

SIZE IS PERFECT FOR A SMALL WOMAN

I own several colors of Jolie Crossbody because the size and style is perfect for me, as a small woman. I like the size of this bag, plus the choice of using a shoulder strap or the crossbody strap…I keep both attached to my bag for convenience. I just received a garnet color bag….disappointed in the dark brown lining and low quality of fabric….very different from the light gray lining in my previously ordered bags.

good quality, nice size.

Nice purse, Fossil always puts out quality products. This purse is on the small side, but handles everything i need. Leather is sturdy. Pocket on side is deep.
