Product never received
Ordered two watches as gifts for holidays. I never received the order. Fedex tracking showed shipment exception. But no communication from Fossil regarding the status. I had to follow up myself multiple times. Tried requesting refund, but again no refund issued. Had to contact Fossil multiple times. Still awaiting refund ! I would avoid buying online from Fossil again.
