The watch looks great! The tin where everything comes in is also very cute.

I didn't receive my order

My order was supposed to be shipped 5-7 days with engraving. Ordered on 19th November today is 7th December still ne sign of my order. Tried to find customer service number but the only option was virtual chat. I was given 28 number for the line then number keep getting increased. Finally got to the assistant on december 4th and she said she will issue new order , but still waiting for new order confirmation. This was very frustrating experience
