Gift box/tin dented

Purchased for Christmas gift. It arrived in a dented tin, which was open and the watch had fallen out. There was no care in shipping this obviously. Still going to give it as a gift and hope that it works. I definitely expect better. I called and they could not help. Only offered for me to bring it into a store location. I don’t have one close by to me for the inconvenience. They offered me a 25% coupon on my next purchase which basically excludes anything that I would be interested in purchasing so that was useless.
